We kettle-boil our bagels the authentic New York way and bake our pastries from scratch. Can’t make it to University City? You can find our bagels at select Dierbergs.

Lox and cream cheese, whitefish salad, tuna, egg salad, avocado, and more. All piled on a fresh-baked, kettle-boiled bagel. Build your own or try a classic.

sIDES

House-made whitefish salad, tuna salad, egg salad, and Israeli salad, plus cream cheese by the container. Perfect for sharing or stocking your fridge.

BAKERY BLISS

House-made challah every Thursday afternoon and Fridays, Bliss Buns in cinnamon and chocolate babka, chocolate chip Bliss Bars, and other fresh pastries.
