From our fresh-baked bagels to our golden challah loaves and irrisitable Bliss Buns, everything at Bagels and Bliss is certified kosher under the Vaad Hoeir of St. Louis. We kettle-boil our bagels the authentic New York way and bake our pastries from scratch every morning. Can’t make it to University City? You can find our bagels at Dierbergs.

Lox and cream cheese, whitefish salad, tuna, egg salad, avocado, and more. All piled on a fresh-baked, kettle-boiled bagel. Build your own or try a classic.
